Fairytales After Dark – Friday, September 26
8 PM – Meet & Greet @ RVs 44 & 45 (NOTE DIFFERENT LOCATION!)
9 PM to Midnight – Haunting, brooding, blissful sounds from across genres
Beer and water served


Things That Go Bump in the Night – Saturday, September 27
8 PM – Midnight – Deep, dark dance beats and backroom music @ RVs 44 & 45
Beer and water served


***What to wear***
While costumes are welcomed, you don’t have to fit a theme. You do you, boo.
Street clothes, naked, leather, fursona, pup, drag, etc. are all absolutely cool!

If you want to do a themed costume, here’s the vibe for each night:

  • Fairytales after Dark: Think Fae, sirens, nymphs, enchanted forest creatures, Wiccans, Druids, spirit guides incarnate
  • Things That Go Bump in the Night: Think demons, cryptids, mythical beasts, devils, dark forest creatures, werewolves, satyrs

Hosting an event requires providing graphic artwork in the following sizes to meet our marketing needs, including email campaigns, social media, print ads, website placement, and digital monitors:

  • 1920×1080px & 1080×1080px in .png format (include event name, dates, and basic information).
  • 8.5×11 inch .png event poster with event name, date, and full event schedule. We have a graphic guide available to help make this easy.

Marketing Assistance

Marketing your event is crucial because even the best ideas need visibility to thrive. Are you able and willing to create and keep an updated Facebook event for your event? If not, that's OK. Our marketing team is willing to do it on your behalf, with co-shared marketing.
