Hosting an event at The River’s Edge is vital to our community. More than just parties, these gatherings bring us together in our safe space – featuring themed costumes, high-energy dance raves,  playful gear nights, and more – celebrate diversity and self-expression. By offering unique experiences that welcome ages 21+, all races, and identities, we strengthen community and create lasting memories GLBT campers can’t find anywhere else!

Before submitting an event, be sure your date request is not conflicting with another event on the calendar and you have all details ready to submit. 

Already have an approved on calendar event but want to update it? Drop us a message with the EXACT changes you want made. We will contact you to verify changes before making updates. 

Graphic Art:

Hosting an event requires providing graphic artwork in the following sizes to meet our marketing needs, including email campaigns, social media, print ads, website placement, and digital monitors:

  • 1920×1080px & 1080×1080px in .png format (include event name, dates, and basic information).
  • View Template for reference only. Text should be inside the box so the graphic displays properly across multiple devices. No nudity or pushing boundaries.
