🕖 7:00 PM – Meet & Greet: Out with the Old, In with the New
Write down what you’re leaving behind and cast it into the fire 🔥 Then set your intentions for the New Year and send them up in smoke.

🕙 10:00 PM – New Year’s Bash in the Clubhouse
Open bar, delicious food, and music to keep you dancing all night 💃🕺

🕛 MIDNIGHT – Champagne toast as we welcome the New Year together 🥂

✨ THURSDAY, JANUARY 1
🕚 11:00 AM – Hair of the Dog Continental Breakfast
Mimosas, coffee, pastries, juice… because recovery should be delicious 😏

✨ FRIDAY, JANUARY 2
🕖 7:00 PM – Meet & Greet
🕗 8:00 PM – Annual White Elephant Gift Exchange
Bring a wrapped gift and your sense of humor. Nows your change to re-gift…hehe 🎁

✨ SATURDAY, JANUARY 3
🕚 11:00 AM – Kick Off the Year Potluck Brunch
We’re serving sausage gravy & biscuits, eggs, and bacon — just bring your favorite brunch dish to share!

🕖 7:00 PM – S’mores n Whores 🔥
Head to Annual Site 201 (Aaron & Ronnie) for campfire vibes, music, a loaded s’mores bar, and cocktails on tap. Just bring a chair and your charm.

  • 8.5×11 inch .png event poster with event name, date, and full event schedule. We have a graphic guide available to help make this easy.
