Thanksgiving Celebration 2025

Join us for a heartwarming Thanksgiving Potluck — a time to gather around the table with your chosen family at The River’s Edge. Bring your favorite dish, share some laughter, and enjoy the warmth of community, friendship, and gratitude. It’s not just a meal — it’s a celebration of the bonds that make this place feel like home.

Thursday, November 27
2pm – Thanksgiving Potluck @ Clubhouse
TRE provides 1 large Turkey & Ham, iced tea/sweet tea. Please bring your favorite dish to pass, ready-to-serve dish at the clubhouse by 1:45pm as we begin serving PROMPTLY at 2pm!

Friday, November 28 – Big Cock Tailgate Party
2pm – Annual Site 51 (David Dubose)
Pull up with your favorite snack to share and wear your favorite jersey and jock combo!
Football on outdoor TV screen or music pending weather.
Some snacks and booze provided – recommended BYOB.

7pm – Meet and Greet at fire pit.

Saturday, November 29
6pm – Saturday Fall/Winter Potluck @ Clubhouse
Make sure you have your ready-to-serve dish at the clubhouse by 5:45 as we begin serving PROMPTLY at 6pm!

7pm – Lunsford Farms Christmas Light Tour.  If you’d like to attend, meet at the clubhouse at 7 and Thomas Evans will lead the pack to Lunsford Farms. Wear your ugliest holiday sweater and decorate your car for a brilliant holiday kick off. **weather permitting**

  • 8.5×11 inch .png event poster with event name, date, and full event schedule. We have a graphic guide available to help make this easy.
