6:30 pm - Caravan to Christmas on Lunsford Farm
Who is ready for a special wonderful night of lights and new memories with the TRE fam? Get ready for a joyous holiday season! The Lunsford Farm Christmas light show opens on Thanksgiving day, weather permitting! Just 10 minutes from camp, this dazzling display was showcased on the Great American Christmas Light Fight, Season 10, Winter 2022!

Join Mike, Gene and Thomas as they lead a convoy to the farm opening night. Meet in the front parking lot at 6:30pm!

This display is a walk-thru (wheel chair accessible) non-smoking display, so make sure you bring your walking shoes.

2 pm - Black Friday Tailgate Party @ The Sherrills (RV 102 in the Fishbowl)
   - Fall Harvest Shots, Apple Cider Cocktails, Beer
   - Hot dogs and all the fixins
   - Chips and dip
   - Meatballs
   - Veggies and dip

  Feel free to bring additional dishes.

  We will be collecting toys for the Annual TRE Toy Drive.

Saturday, November 30

9 am - Camp Cleanup Saturday
Join your fellow campers and camp family as we gather to give back to the campground. We will be doing a general cleanup of trees, limbs and brush throughout the campground to keep our little home away from home beautiful.

Plan to gather at Mike and Ken's (RV 107) in the lower fish bowl on Saturday morning at 9am. We will work until around 1pm then enjoy a nice lunch together, followed by day drinking at Ken and Mike's.

We will have basic clean up tools and chainsaws available along with a few pair of gloves. Bring additional tools, chainsaws, gloves, etc if you are able. Usually jeans, sturdy shoes, and a long sleeve shirt are best to wear.

If you want to help, but cutting trees or clearing brush is too demanding, we could use your assistance burning debris or cooking and cleaning!

Thanks to the great group of guys that show up and help each year! It is great to be able to give back, enjoy the day with your camp friends and family and then share a few drinks afterwards.

6 pm - Potluck @ Clubhouse

8 pm - Karaoke @ Moulin Rouge (RV 26)
   - Mike and Gene are hosting live music and Karaoke and you're invited!
   - Bring Your Own Booze and get ready to sing your heart out!
   - This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your singing skills, have a blast, and make unforgettable memories with friends.
   - This is also the perfect opportunity to bring instruments you play so we can jam out have a blast, and make unforgettable live music. There is no better feeling than participating in jam sessions.


The River's Edge 2024 Toy Drive

There are many families in the Dewy Rose community and surrounding area that struggle during the Holiday Season. We can help. We always help. Each year, our camp family helps Santa by collecting toys and gifts for kids of all ages.

Bring a new, unwrapped toy to camp before Sunday, Dec. 8. If you don't have time to shop or just don't know what to buy, make a monetary donation and we'll do the shopping for you.

Once we have everything collected and purchased, we'll deliver them to the local organizations who will then distribute to those in need.

Let's make a bunch of kids happy on Christmas morning!
