Payment Information
  • Reservations:
    When making a reservation, we will ask for a credit card to guarantee your reservation. We do not take a deposit or payment until you arrive and check in for your stay. The only time we will use the credit card on file without your permission is if you have cancelled late or not shown for your reservation. Please see cancellation policy for details.

  • Payment:
    When you check-in, it is required that you pay for your site and all fees (additional guests, memberships, pets, etc.) prior to entering the campground. We accept cash and all major credit cards except American Express.

  • Refunds:
    No refunds unless it is our mistake. Please pay for nights you KNOW you will be staying ONLY.

  • Extending Your Stay:
    Want to stay longer? Please come back to the office prior to your 11am check-out time to ensure that your cabin/site is still available. If available, we will happily extend your stay and take payment for additional nights.

Minimum Stays
  • For all RV sites, indoor accommodations and electric tent sites, there is a 3 night minimum for the 3 day holiday weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.

Cancellation Policy
  • If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days prior for holidays). If you cancel later than this for any reason, the credit card securing the reservation will be charged a one night/one person fee rated for the day of the week and cabin/site being cancelled.
  • INCLEMENT WEATHER OR CANCELLED EVENTS - If we are experiencing inclement weather or an event is cancelled for any reason, that DOES NOT automatically cancel your reservation.

Pet Policy
  • We are pet friendly! Our campground rules state that you must keep your pet leashed, especially in public areas and that you must pick up after your pet wherever they go.
  • A $20 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for each stay that you are booked into one of our indoor accommodations.
  • If you do not inform the office staff about your pet upon check in and then are found with a pet in one of our indoor accommodations, your card on file will be charged $40 (double the pet fee).
